| The last 5 years we have attempted outdoor parties for Maren's birthday. Clearly someone needed to remind me that she was born in AUGUST and no matter how persistant I was, the weather was never going to be a cool 75º F in AUGUST! This year we decided to take a few of her friends to the bowling alley for some bowling, cake and ice cream....ahhhh I believe the air-conditioning had the temperature UNDER 75º F! |

This year Maren asked her friends to bring school supplies that she could donate to Kennedy school She ended up with: 2 bookbags, 411 Kleenex, 51 Markers, 24 Colored pencils, 104 Pencils, 1Hi-liter, 5 Bottles of glue, 2 Bottles of Hand Sanitizer, 2 Erasers, 10 Glue sticks, 1 Scissors, 168 Crayons, 2 Pencil sharpeners, 450 Pieces of paper, 7 Notebooks, 4 Folders, 1 School Box.  |
